Wikibooks:Bureaucrats

This page is a hard rule on the Simple English Wikibooks. Many people agree with it. They see it as a standard that all users should follow. When changing the page, please check that the other people agree with your changes. Use the talk page when you are not sure or when you want to propose a change.

Bureaucrats are users who are very trusted by the Wikibooks community. They have the power to rename users, make other users into administrators or bureaucrats, and are able to give and revoke bot status. Simple English Wikibooks has no current bureaucrats, so all functions that would normally be done by bureaucrats are instead done by stewards on the Meta-wiki. Requests to get bot status should be placed on Wikibooks:Bot requests, and requests to become an administrator or bureaucrat should be made on Requests for Adminship.
