Version of template:xpd ( talk edit history links ) with three parameters:

• the template, or the parser function with colon and part after the colon
• two (additional) parameters

Examples:

"{{t2|pqr|stu}}" gives "parameter 1 is "pqr", parameter 2 is "stu"" [1]

"{{#ifexpr:2<3|pqr|stu}}" gives "pqr" [2]
