My name is Ezra Katz and I joined SE Wikibooks in February 2007. I studied Mechanical Engineering and Physics at the University of Miami and now I live in Miami, Florida USA. I am a teacher in South Florida.

I'm working on the Numbers book right now and hope to bring people to this site to make more math and science books available. I became interested in SE Wikibooks when I heard about the One Laptop per Child Project. They need lots of free Simple English content for people in developing countries and this website can help.

I like to sing, play the banjo, and spend hours on wiki projects!
