Numbers in Japanese are fairly easier than that of English in that they just count from 1-10 then they count 10 1-10 with the first digit numbers are located after the ten and if they were located before the would counted as higher in the digit spectrum like 20 would be said as "two ten". For 22 it would be said as "two ten two" as an example.
