What you'll need
- 2 cups of flour
- 2 large eggs
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups of milk (add a bit more if you like yours thinner)
- Vanilla (optional), Sugar (optional)
Mix all of the ingredients together. Mix until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Pour a little of your mixture into the pan. Cook until the batter goes solid. Serve.
